Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Recall(the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service, which form a contract between you and Prashanth Nimmagadda("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Recall records meetings, transcribes them using AI, and extracts, stores, and makes searchable the decisions made in them. On supported devices this processing runs on-device. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time. The current version is free to use.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Recall.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us at legal@recall.stillform.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Recording consent & acceptable use

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to recording conversations. You agree not to:

  • Record any meeting without the knowledge and consent of participants where the law requires it.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service.
  • Process special-category personal data (such as health or biometric data) without an appropriate lawful basis and safeguards.

5. Your content

You keep all ownership of the recordings, transcripts, decisions, and notes you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not share it except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Price

The current version of Recall is free. We do not take payment and do not collect card details. If we introduce paid plans in future, we will set out the price and terms clearly and obtain your agreement before any charge is made.

7. AI accuracy

AI-generated transcripts and decisions can contain errors. Recall is a productivity tool, not a legal or official record. Do not rely solely on AI-extracted decisions for legally or financially significant matters without human review.

8. Intellectual property

The Recall platform — its software, design, and branding — is owned by Prashanth Nimmagadda and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service as described here.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England & Wales. Subject to that, and because the Service is provided free of charge, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have the protection of mandatory rules of your local law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
